Organisation and administration. Experiences from projects in the Norwegian Trial Scheme for Public Transport 1991-95.

Experiences from projects under "Organisation and administration" category in the trial scheme is summarised. The projects span a large number of subjects, including development of quality management systems and customer satisfaction guarantees, improved customer service, information technology, development of administrative systems, reducing the cost of transporting patients and telecommunications.
