The report identifies the need for further development of the existing model system (RTM) and other methods for transport analysis in cities. Among the 10 measures discussed in the report, the modeling of micromobility and robotaxis particularly stands out as difficult to adequately capture within the RTM system. The report further demonstrates how agent-based simulation models can be used to analyze changes in departure times, flexible tolls, and the introduction of robotaxis.
